  If every week you have busy days and you are tired to order pizzas, or to pick up food from your closest fast food, Emilie your French Chef offers you the opportunity to cook your dinner for these specific days!! 
The day(s) of your choice, every single week, I will prepare for you and your family well-balanced and fresh meals,  to pick-up at my house or delivered at your house !    Why is this service different from another catering place ?
Because all meals are cooked ONLY for you, the day of service, according to your specific requirements and tastes !!
  I provide you with a wild range of delicious fresh meals (*)  like grilled Salmon on Zucchinis Linguine, homemade Beef  Lasagnas, French Veal Stew,  Roasted Chicken in a Parmesan & Pesto Crust with Rice and seasonal Veggie Stew …
And what about  a Beef Burgundy in the menu tonight ??
 
Don’t forget that leftovers will offer you a delicious lunch box the following day !

Saint Patrick’s day, Easter day, perfect occasions to try new original recipes!   In Paris like all around the world, Saint Patrick’s Day is the Beer tasting Day!
No matter if you are in Dublin, in New York or in Paris ... on March 17th, we will all see "la vie en vert" (the life in green)!
All countries offer different specialties for "la Saint Patrick" like Cabbage & Beef stew, Potatoes soup, etc ...) but BEER is probably the only thing that we all have in common.   
I am a Lamb lover ... and I am a Beer lover ... so I wanted to share with you this wonderful & tasty recipe of slow cooked Lamb Leg, cooked in Beer : after 3 hours of cooking in the oven (pretty easy) the Lamb will be unbelievably tender and melted … so tender that you can eat it with a spoon !!! 

I bet your guests will never believe it is Lamb and also will never believe there is some Beer in the recipe !!!!
