I have been recently blessed by the arrival of 2 baby girls, Emma and Louane.
2013 is going to me a very busy year for me as a new mom so I will only offer private classes for groups with 4 persons or more.

Together we will bake Sea Salt Caramel Macarons, Chocolate Macarons, Pistachios Macarons and Raspberry/Strawberry Macarons.

- Beef Burgundy: I am originally from Burgundy and I learned hoe to make this delicious and rich meal from my grand'ma and my dad. I will share all the secrets, and we will also prepare together another best of French Cuisine: le Gratin Dauphinois (potato gratin).
Bring your appetite because you will love to taste the famous Beef Burgundy ... with a glass of Pinot Noir of course ;-)

- Duck Class: together we will prepare 2 delicious specialties from the South West of France: the Duck Leg Confit & the grilled Duck Breast with Soy and Honey Sauce.

Trust me, rolling a crust will be a piece of cake for you after this class ... not to mention some persons in your family might be very happy to have a Bacon, Onions and Swiss cheese Quiche Lorraine and an Apple Tart Tatin for dinner !!!!
