Cooking Classes Information
For your convenience, classes can take place at your house (max. 30mn drive from Fairfield, CT) or in my kitchen (Fairfield, CT).

We will definitely have a lot of fun cooking together !
I require 4 persons minimum per class, so bring your friends !!!

Together we will bake Sea Salt Caramel Macarons, Chocolate Macarons, Pistachios Macarons and Raspberry/Strawberry Macarons.

- Beef Burgundy: I am originally from Burgundy and I learned how to make this delicious and rich meal from my grand'ma and my dad. I will share all the secrets, and we will also prepare together another best of French Cuisine: le Gratin Dauphinois (potato gratin).
Bring your appetite because you will love to taste the famous Beef Burgundy ... with a glass of Pinot Noir of course ;-)
